OBSESSED with this Rainbow Cauliflower Rice which is so yummy and SO easy to make!
Ingredients make 4 servings:
π425 riced cauliflower (usually 1 bag)
π 1 chopped red bell pepper
π 1 chopped orange bell pepper
π1 chopped yellow bell pepper.
π1 chopped green bell pepper
π1/2 chopped red onion
ππSeason with garlic salt and pepper and sautΓ© everything for 6-8 minutes in a nonstick pan and enjoy immediately or make for meal prep (like I did π) and have throughout the week ππ
