A pound of strawberries with peanut butter Greek yogurt π€€πππππππππ₯π₯
One of my absolute FAVORITE ways to end my macros for the day π such a big volume dessert for under 500 calories π .
If you didn’t know that a pound of strawberries was only 145 kcal…well now you do ππstrawberries are made up of mostly water so this helps with keeping it low cal and helps keep you feeling fullπ
I paired my pound with 19g of Nuttzo Peanut Pro mixed with a cup of 2% plain Greek yogurt from Trader Joe’s π
I’ve also had this meal with nonfat Greek yogurt and PB2 which brings the fat down to practically nothing and lowers the calories by about 120π but I had some fats to fill so went with the 2% fat yogurt and real pb ππ₯
