Sign up for a 10 week program that comes with custom Macro Calculations plus meal ideas that fit your macros, full access to my "Sweat, Love, & Macro Method" online course with forever fat loss video lessons, ebooks, & guides plus personalized training program that will have 2 phases, and 1:1 coaching support that includes 24/7 email access to me, weekly formal check-ins to track progress and make adjustments when necessary, and 3 (optional) phone calls to discuss in more detail program design and execution! Once purchased you will be able to download a questionnaire for you to fill out which will tell me all the information I need to give create a program that will help you reach your goals!  Once I receive and review your questionnaire I will reach out to you with any questions before creating your program and you will receive your program within 7-14 days of submitting the fully filled out questionnaire.

10 weeks of 1:1 Coaching Includes:

-Set up Macros/Calories that work for your lifestyle and goals. I would also provide tools and guides for tracking calories and macros so that you can learn and get confident in following a fueling fat loss lifestyle. 
 
-Provide meal ideas for your calorie needs for your goals based on foods you tell me you like (including restaurant options) to show how you can balance nutrient dense and fun foods DAILY! This isn’t a meal plan but just ideas to help you see how to balance meals and hit your macros, you can choose to follow them or just pick some to try and adjust. 
 
-Two 5 Week Training Programs customized for your goals and time you want to dedicate to the working out and equipment available. 
Workouts can be done at home if needed with minimal equipment and still be effective! I typically just recommend for clients to have a set of dumbbells, bands, and a stability ball for effective home workouts.
 
-And with the program you would have the accountability aspect to email me 24/7 (this is most utilized by clients who need advisement on getting the program to work WITH their lifestyle vs making the program their entire life. I coach habits to get you fit without giving up your life!), optional monthly phone calls, formal weekly check-ins each Monday, and adjustments made whenever necessary for progress.
