But when I switched from doing strictly cardio and added in progressive strength training, I saw myself gain muscle, lose fat, and get that TONED BODY I had always wanted! And the strength I found in lifting weights has transferred to me feeling overall more confident in myself and my body!

6 Week Personal Training Program Fee ($45)
Fill out a detailed questionnaire on current eating habits, lifestyle, and your SPECIFIC goals to receive a Personalized 6 Week Training Program for you to tackle whenever you have time! YOU CHOOSE how many days a a week you CAN be in the gym and what types of weights (machines and/or free weights) and what type of cardio you enjoy doing! Each day’s workout with will have a 6-8 exercises plus a warm up routine. Each program will also have a deload week for active recovery. You’ll also receive a training log with your program so that you can track your progress!
