As someone who has personally struggled with weight loss, weight gain, and having a healthy relationship with food; I know how difficult it can be to reach fitness goals in a sustainable and lasting way.  Studying at the National Academy of Sports Medicine and receiving my Personal Training Certification and Nutrition Coaching Certification, as well as becoming a Integrative Health Practitioner through IHP Org has given me the knowledge to effectively help women reach their fat loss goals with a healthy hormone approach! I have learned that getting my clients the optimal results of losing fat and gaining lean muscle is best done through a sustainable diet and a progressive exercise program. I’m not here to give you the run around on any “magical” diet or exercise that will give you instant results, but to help YOU reach YOUR fitness goals in a way that nourishes and respects your bodies and sets you up to be fit for life!

Online coaching is great for those who want personal training and nutrition coaching and can be self motivating in the gym and with eating habits, but just need the right program to follow and coach to check in with weekly for adherence and adjustments.

Communication via email and phone calls rather in person allows me less overhead costs so I can charge a lot less than trainers meeting you in person.

Your workouts are done on YOUR TIME so if you have to change a workout to Friday from Thursday last minute, you won’t be losing any money for a cancelled session.

 Ashley has been extremely transparent with me from the start in sharing that there is no “secret” to this process. Her social media page is just a glimpse into the tools and actual hands on experience she has with incorporating good physical and mental health into your life. Today I am happy to announce that I have lost a total of 49 pounds thanks to the guidance and support from Ashley, and most importantly I have come to the realization that I do not need to drain myself with hours of cardio and that it is possible to have a healthy relationship with ALL foods. For all of this I am forever grateful for her!

Before working with Ashley, I was someone who went to the gym 1-2 times a week, doing random cardio exercises and always scared to enter the weight room with no idea what to use.  I did not have a balanced diet, and as a vegetarian I rarely had any protein; I had no concept of the ways in which this diet was effecting my desired results. I love the plan Ashley created for me because she incorporated easy to learn strength training and cardio routines, that even as a beginner in  I could easily follow.  With Ashley’s help, I quickly gained confidence to use the weight room and try new workouts.  She also took into account that as a mom I have limited exercise time, designing effective routines that could be done in under 45 minutes.  I appreciate the meal ideas she designed for me as I developed balanced, healthy eating habits both at home and out to eat.  Although I have made some big changes in my eating habits, I am happy to have a plan that has the flexibility to enjoy foods that I love and that still allows me to eat out with friends and family.  Ashley helped me lose over 30 pounds and continuing with her plan has allowed me to keep the weight off for over a year!
