Hey lovely! I’m Ashley Sterling and as someone who has struggled with weight loss, weight gain, hormonal issues, painful periods, and having a healthy relationship with my body and food; I know how difficult it can be to reach fitness goals in a truly healthy, sustainable and lasting way. Through my studies and certification at the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Integrative Health Practitioner Institute, I’ve become knowledge in what training, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies lead to lasting fat loss with a healthy hormone approach!

I created the Sweat, Love, and Macros brand with the foundation of helping busy babes SWEAT Smarter, LOVE their Bodies, and enjoy ALL food’s MACROS in ways that help them reach their fitness goals! I have learned that getting my clients the optimal results of losing fat and gaining lean muscle is best done through a sustainable diet and a progressive exercise program. I’m not here to give you the run around on any “magical” diet or exercise that will give you instant results, but to help YOU reach your fitness goals in a way that nourishes and respects your bodies and sets you up to be fit for life!
